This role plays an essential supporting function within the Housekeeping department, ensuring that lobbies, restrooms, fitness areas, laundry facilities, and offices remain clean, well-stocked, and presentable at all times. The House Person also assists guests directly with requests such as delivering playpens, and serves as an important point of coordination between Housekeeping, the Front Desk, and the Maintenance department.
