Service area includes to travel throughout the Shelton Branch coverage area below: Seymour, Ansonia, Derby, Shelton, Monroe, Trumbull, Stratford, Bridgeport, Easton, Fairfield, Weston, Westport, Wilton, Norwalk, New Canaan, Darien, Stamford, and Greenwich. The CNA will provide services throughout the branch's entire coverage area and will collaborate closely with Registered Nurses, LPNs, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
