Under the direction of the Medical Staff, makes calls to patients to discuss result management, provides education on disease management and ensures appropriate follow-up care is scheduled, i.e., repeat lab testing, referrals, etc. Determines need for immunizations, for routine followâup patient appointments in regard to well child assessment, further evaluation and/or treatment for positive laboratory reports, and other areas as needed.
