Role models the tenets of Mount Sinai Relationship Centered Care (MSHRCC) by collaboratively facilitating patient-centered care processes appropriate to the clinical setting (inpatient, procedural, ambulatory) through facilitation of the following actions but not limited to: Admission or Visit Welcome,, Bedside Shift Report, HELP, AM/PM Care, Dedicated Sit Down, Purposeful Hourly Rounding (PHR)/Care Checks, or patient check-ins, Medication Review, Discharge Wrap Up or visit completion. This includes, but is not limited to, the management of: clinical nursing practice, staff recruitment, retention, labor relations, supply chain and budget, daily staffing (as supported by the Center-Led Staffing Model), employee performance evaluation, quality improvement, staff education, medical record documentation, compliance with internal and external regulatory agency requirements and patient safety solution/corrective action plans.
