This role directly supervises warehouse employees, assigns daily work, monitors performance and service levels, resolves operational issues, and builds consistent processes that support Manufacturing, Customer Support, Planning, and Purchasing. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient execution of daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, inventory control, material movement, picking, packing, and shipping.
