SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of the Vice President, Corporate Compliance and Internal Audit (Vice President, CCIA), the Deputy Compliance Officer coordinates and manages the Compliance Program and is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the effectiveness of Brown University Health's compliance program through developing and maintaining compliance metrics and data analytics, monitoring compliance work plan activities, managing the Conflict of Interest process, System Wide Exclusion Process, Revenue Compliance, and Review of Non Employed Clinician Agreements (including managing the database) and Brown University Health System Policy process, and overseeing the on-going development and administration of compliance risk assessment, training, monitoring and education activities. EXPERIENCE: Four to Seven years of healthcare compliance and privacy related experience required, along with previous management experience or four years of escalating responsibility and work-experience in compliance and/or privacy field (healthcare, law, internal audit) including progressive program and project management roles in large and complex organizations.
