At the end of their first year, a successful leader in the role will own end-to-end accountability for 1) proactive identification, development, and execution of Aledade field / market teams, practice, and end user go-to-market efforts for all Risk Stratification program- and product-related efforts, 2) strategic relationship building and partnership with Aledade's payer partners to advance insight delivery and impact, 3) strategic relationship building and partnership with leaders at Aledade's multi-specialty, enterprise, FQHC, and other large strategic practices on insight delivery and risk stratification-related topics, and 4) identification, evaluation, contracting, and cross-functional execution of net new vendor and external partnerships that support insight delivery and impact on risk stratification. Additionally, this role will 1) provide direction and strategic expertise to junior team members owning individual initiatives, including incentive and adoption programs, educational efforts, hotspotting, monitoring, and alerting development, practice and user-level prioritization and triage, and 2) coordinate with cross-functional product, analytics, technology, performance, care programs, and other senior leaders across Aledade to advance collaborative insight delivery and risk stratification efforts.
