Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing [BSN] is required; Master's degree in Nursing [MSN} or other field [MBA, MHA, MPH, etc.) is required or obtained within 3 years of hire. Strong leadership skills including communication/organizational skills, time management, coping skills, motivation, problem solving, autonomy, and supporting the team is required.
