You Will: Counsel executive leadership and the Board of Directors on all legal matters affecting the organization, including governance, major transactions, regulatory compliance, fundraising, risk management, real estate, technology strategy, intellectual property and external policy positions. Act as chief compliance and risk officer, advising on applicable laws and regulations, including in the areas of exempt organizations, employment, intellectual property, technology, fundraising, tax, human subject research, data security, cybersecurity and privacy.
