Partner with Data, Technology, and Product teams to define data requirements for control monitoring, improve data quality, and enhance reporting and monitoring capabilities, to drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce manual control testing, improve issue identification, and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the control environment. In addition, you will lead the development and maturation of the IAM organization''s Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) program, leveraging data analytics, automation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities to strengthen risk management, improve control effectiveness, and provide proactive identification of emerging risks.
