Develop a regional training network to support and facilitate local and regional initiatives in order to strengthen fatality review and prevention efforts *Assist with data collection through local fatality review teams and others *Collaborate with DFP team members and participate in statewide reviews *Assist with gathering and maintaining records *Routine reporting of program activities *Perform other duties as assigned *Support and promote DFP initiatives *Participate in activities of professional development, team building and self care DIFFICULTY OF WORK This position requires significant attention to detail and the ability to work with internal and external partners. DUTIES •Assist with the creation of an infrastructure and communication network for fatality review teams *Assist in the coordination of Child Fatality/Fetal-Infant Mortality meetings *Assist with the administration of the electronic data collection system used by the local CFR teams and the statewide CFR committee *Assist in the coordination of the statewide CFR committee activities, meetings, data collection and report assembly *Establish collaborative relationships/partnerships with potential partners that could include both public and non-profit agencies as well as individuals within the community.
