Our team is fast-paced, supportive, and centered around excellent patient care.<h3>Position Overview</h3>We are looking for a dependable, motivated Rehab Technician / Chiropractic Assistant to support our clinical team and keep patient flow running smoothly. This is a hands-on role working directly with patients and providers throughout the day.This position is ideal for someone interested in healthcare, physical therapy, chiropractic care, or a future clinical career.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for patient visits</li><li>Guide patients through prescribed exercises and rehab programs</li><li>Assist chiropractors and physical therapists during treatments</li><li>Apply basic therapies (e.g., heat, ice, e-stim) as directed</li><li>Clean and maintain equipment and clinical spaces</li><li>Help manage patient flow between treatments</li></ul><h3>What Success Looks Like</h3><ul><li>Patients move efficiently through their visits</li><li>Providers stay on schedule</li><li>Patients feel supported, comfortable, and well-guided</li><li>Clinic environment stays clean, organized, and professional</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Strong work ethic and reliability</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Good communication and people skills</li><li>Interest in healthcare or fitness is a plus</li><li>No experience required—we will train the right person</li></ul><h3>Compensation & Benefits</h3><ul><li>Hourly pay: $15–$20/hour</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Paid time off (for full-time employees)</li><li>Flexible scheduling</li><li>Free or discounted care</li><li>Opportunity for growth into PTA, chiropractic, or other clinical roles</li></ul><h3>Ideal Candidate</h3><ul><li>Energetic and proactive (doesn't wait to be told what to do)</li><li>Enjoys helping people and being part of a team</li><li>Detail-oriented and organized</li><li>Interested in gaining real clinical experience</li></ul><h3>Schedule</h3><ul><li>Monday–Friday</li><li>Daytime hours with potential for some extended clinic hours</li></ul>

Responsibilities:
  We are seeking a compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team. This clinical professional will provide support in patient care, assisting with exams, treatments, and patient education.<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Assist physicians during patient exams and procedures</li><li>Room patients, record patient histories, vital signs, and document in the electronic health record (EHR)</li><li>Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments per scope of licensure</li><li>Educate patients on health, medications, and follow-up care</li><li>Coordinate referrals and patient care follow-ups</li><li>Ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment</li></ul> 

Qualifications:
  <ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Valid and current certification in the state of Iowa for Medical Assisting</li><li><ul style="margin-top:0in"><li> </li><li><ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – accredited program with certification (AAMA, NCCT, AMT, NHA, NCMA, NAHP, AAH, ARMA or NHCA)</li></ul></li><li>Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred</li><li>Familiarity with EPIC a plus!</li></ul></li></ul>

 UPH - Vinton Family Medicine, is currently seeking a caring and detail-oriented healthcare professional to join our team as a Clinic Nurse. We welcome applicants who are Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), or Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs). The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, support providers with clinical tasks and procedures, and help ensure efficient daily clinic operations.
