Working closely with Project Managers and Commercial Managers, you will help translate priced fee proposals into system-ready cost baselines, establish clear work breakdown, and maintain robust reporting models that provide timely insight into cost performance, earned value, forecasting, change management, and margin protection. Role accountabilities: Proposal and fee-stage support: Support fee proposals across a portfolio of pursuits, converting priced fee files and staffing plans into consistent, system-ready work breakdown and cost breakdown structures, and validating estimate roll-ups by role, discipline, and work package.
