Experience working for a general contractor, civil engineering firm, land developer, water utility, water-infrastructure contractor, utility contractor, environmental consultancy, entitlement consultancy, construction-management firm, or engineering firm that obtains permits for clients. This individual will represent the project owner throughout the permitting lifecycle, from researching jurisdictional requirements and determining the appropriate approval path through preparing applications, coordinating technical documentation, resolving agency comments, and securing final permit issuance.
