Purpose of Job: The Human Resources Generalist II will contribute to an employee-orientated, high-performance culture and formulate partnerships across HR functions to deliver value-added services to Admin, Regional Teams, and employees that reflect the objects of GOAL Academy. This role will assist the Human Resources Department with ad hoc projects to include on/off boarding, training, staffing, recruitment, retention, compensation, reporting, compliance and collaboration with Finance for HR/Payroll support.
