This role will lead manufacturing operations across the Specialty Chemicals network, with responsibility for our facilities in Toronto, Ambler, and Riegelwood, providing leadership to site operations teams and driving disciplined execution across safety, quality, delivery, cost, customer service, and operational efficiency. What We Seek: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Operations, or related field required; advanced degree preferred, with 10+ years of progressive manufacturing, operations, or supply chain leadership experience in specialty chemicals, semiconductor or other technical manufacturing environments.
