This role directly supports the Advanced Manufacturing Academy by developing training and qualification content that reduces reliance on tribal knowledge, accelerates workforce development, and enables consistent execution across teams, shifts, work centers, and facilities. This role partners directly with engineers, technicians, programmers, specialists, and operations leaders to translate complex manufacturing processes, technical requirements, and lessons learned into clear, practical, and scalable documentation and training.
