Under the direction of the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager is primarily responsible for carrying out daily store tasks, maintaining floor order, merchandising and replenishment, product expiration management, customer service, employee coaching, safe store closing, and follow-up on store inspection corrective actions. Knowledge & Skills: Familiar with store sales, merchandising and replenishment, inventory expiration management, shrink control, cashier procedures, customer service, scheduling, and basic data analysis.
