Functions as an Advanced Practice Nurse collaboratively with physician sponsor/s providing leadership of the clinical care team and acts as a change agent for a specific patient population by incorporating the role of clinical expert, role model, consultant, educator, practitioner, researcher, and nurse leader. Evidence-Based Consultant & Researcher: Demonstrates collaborative leadership with researchers, other health professionals, divisions, and departments to generate knowledge and make practice changes based on research findings, as well as, the results of the organizational and departmental quality improvement processes.
