Performs design tasks including computations and analysis for municipal infrastructure including, wastewater treatment plants, sanitary sewers, lift stations and storm water facilities, and applies engineering principals to develop solutions and evaluate performance and life cycle cost of municipal infrastructure improvements. Interprets construction plans and documents for the contractor and client, interface with operators regarding potential interference with operations, Participates in preliminary review of shop drawings, submittals, change orders, punch lists and contractor as-builts and maintains project documentation, daily reports of construction site activity, project files, RFIs and submittals.
