BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field plus 4 to 7 years of experience in leadership positions on projects of various sizes preferred, or a minimum of 8 years of field experience in leading construction projects of various sizes; 1 - 2 years in preconstruction preferred. An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
