The Janitor is responsible for keeping the interior and exterior of the property, common areas, vacant units, sidewalks, alleyways, and grounds clean, safe, and well maintained. Cleans common areas, vacant apartments, parking areas, sidewalks, alleyways, and on-site management offices.
