Reporting to the Director, Data & Systems, the Business Systems Analyst will help implement, administer, secure, and continuously improve the SaaS platforms and reporting that support Hively's programs, with an initial focus on the Measure C Subsidized Child Care Contracted Slots and Operating Grants programs. The position will work closely with the Director, Data & Systems; program and operations staff; Data & Reporting staff; Compliance, Finance, software vendors, and external partners to translate business requirements into reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions.
