Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Technician at our 100-unit community in Fredonia, NY, you will play a vital role in ensuring our buildings and grounds are safe, functional, and inviting. You’ll perform a variety of maintenance tasks, from plumbing and electrical repairs to HVAC and carpentry work, all while upholding our high standards for quality and safety.  In this position, you’ll be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional service to our residents. Actual compensation may vary depending on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, geographical location, and the specific responsibilities of the role. In addition to salary, this position may be eligible for performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.  Final compensation offers will be determined following a thorough assessment of the candidate’s background and the requirements of the position.

Qualifications:
