Job Description 
Pro-Serv Facility Solutions is hiring Hood & Exhaust Cleaning / Pressure Washing Technicians to help grow our expanding facility maintenance divisions across the Carolinas. 
This is a hands-on position working primarily nights cleaning commercial kitchen exhaust systems, pressure washing restaurants and commercial properties, and helping maintain professional facility standards for national restaurant chains and commercial customers.

Responsibilities <ul><li> Clean commercial kitchen hood & exhaust systems </li><li> Perform commercial pressure washing services </li><li> Clean rooftops, exhaust fans, ductwork, grease containment systems, dumpster pads, sidewalks, and building exteriors </li><li> Operate pressure washing and hood cleaning equipment safely </li><li> Take before and after photos of completed work </li><li> Follow all company safety procedures and standards </li><li> Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment </li><li> Communicate professionally with customers and team members </li><li> Travel overnight when needed </li><li> Work efficiently in team environments </li></ul>
Qualifications <ul><li> Valid driver’s license </li><li> Ability to work night shift regularly </li><li> Ability to lift 50+ lbs </li><li> Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops </li><li> Strong work ethic and positive attitude </li><li> Dependable and punctual </li><li> Willingness to travel as needed </li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications <ul><li> Hood cleaning experience </li><li> Pressure washing experience </li><li> Commercial cleaning experience </li><li> Mechanical, HVAC, construction, or maintenance background </li><li> Leadership experience for Crew Lead positions </li></ul>

<hr/>Part Time<ul><li>$13.00 per hour</li><li>Morning</li><li>Monday through Sunday</li><li>5:00 AM to 10:00 AM</li><li>Weekly pay</li></ul>Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitor. The Janitor position is responsible for performing all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned area inside a particular building or multiple client sites. Exact tasks of janitorial crew are not definite, consequently, must be flexible in performing assigned duties per client’s specifications. RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming</li><li>Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and other objects</li><li>Clean, monitor and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas</li><li>Empty trash cans for proper disposal; use of compactor for certain materials</li><li>Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners and equipment</li><li>Spot clean carpets; assist in carpet extractions and shampooing</li><li>Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies</li><li>Follow housekeeping schedule</li><li>Occasionally use heavy cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers</li><li>Other duties as assigned, as required by the scope of work or customer needs</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of six (6) months of experience in a janitorial type position</li><li>On the job training will be provided</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Ability to follow instructions effectively</li></ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):<ul><li>Prior cleaning or janitorial experience</li><li>Familiarity with custodial practices and commercial cleaning standards</li><li>Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and waxing</li><li>Experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance</li></ul>
