About the RoleAutonomous Solutions, Inc. (ASI) is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Facilities Custodian to support the cleanliness and maintenance of our office and shop spaces. This role reports to the Facilities Manager and requires 20-28 hours per week. The ideal candidate takes pride in keeping a workspace clean, safe, and professional. This position could evolve into a full-time role over the next 12-18 months as our facilities expand.Job Duties<ul><li>Daily cleaning of restrooms, kitchen, conference rooms, and office space</li><li>Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping</li><li>Weekly deep cleaning (2x/week): carpets, floor mats, chairs</li><li>Other deep cleaning duties as needed</li><li>Safely handle mild cleaning chemicals</li><li>Work independently while following a cleaning schedule and producing consistent results</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Must be over 18 years old</li><li>Reliable transportation to and from ASI's facility</li><li>Previous cleaning experience a plus</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently</li><li>Physical ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs</li></ul>Physical DemandsThis position regularly requires the use of hands, walking, standing, stooping, and bending. Overview:
This on-campus position will help you develop new skills in building cleaning like using cleaning products and equipment. Help full-time employees with projects in the Taggart Student Center. Starts at $11.00 per hour with opportunities for raises! About 20 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 5pm to 9pm and 9pm to 1am shifts available. Saturdays as needed.
