The Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technician independently performs the full kitchen exhaust cleaning (KEC) service lifecycle—setup, containment, pre-scrape, power washing, and final cleanup—on commercial kitchen exhaust systems. Perform complete KEC services including setup and teardown of containment including hanging plastic sheeting, setting up ladders, wet/dry vacuums, hoses, pre-sprayers, mixing chemicals, and high-pressure washing equipment.
