 We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to oversee the daily operations of our front desk in a busy medical office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient services, ensuring that all patients receive exceptional care and support from the moment they enter our clinic. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities <ul><li>Manage front desk operations, including patient check-in and check-out procedures.</li><li>Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide information as needed.</li><li>Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring accuracy and maintaining the clinic’s calendar.</li><li>Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.</li><li>Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy, utilizing systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks.</li><li>Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care plans and ensure seamless patient flow.</li></ul> Skills <ul><li>Proficiency in medical terminology is essential.</li><li>Strong understanding of patient service principles in a clinical setting.</li><li>Experience with medical office management practices.</li><li>Familiarity with care plans and ICD-10 coding is highly desirable.</li><li>Knowledge of front desk operations within a healthcare environment.</li><li>Experience using electronic health record systems such as eClinicalWorks is preferred.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and staff.</li></ul>
