Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of program requirements (Child/Family Files, Lesson Plans, Curriculum planning, Assessments, Transition Plans, Meal counts, Tracking sheets).Ensure the center environment is developmentally appropriate, safe, and offers diverse experiences. Coordinate and conduct home visits and parent conferences, scheduling at convenient times for families (may include evenings and weekends).Plan and implement the center's education plan, individualizing for each child and tracking development with parental input.
