The individual in this position is responsible for providing on-site coordination & supervision for all phases of our demolition projects, including coordinating with project managers, ordering necessary equipment, ensuring that scopes of work, safety, and inspection protocols are being strictly followed, and maintaining that work is on schedule, within budget, and of quality. Typical demolition projects have ranged from small, surgical server-room demos to gutting commercial buildings, warehouses, and office complexes.
