IAT Level II or higher certification, e.g., CCNA Security, CySA+, Security+ CE, SSCP, CISSP (or Associate) Ability to obtain Privileged User Account (PUA) certification per DoD 8570 policy Strong Linux proficiency, specifically knowledgeable about sysctls for K8s environments and experience with FApolicyd and SELinux Hands‑on experience with containers and Kubernetes (e.g., Ingress/Gateway API, Helm chart design/build, pod disruption budgets, affinity/anti-affinity rules, familiarity with external-secrets, ArgoCD, cert-manager, eck (elastic search)) Experience with GitLab pipeline development (e.g., integration of GitLab CI/CD components, code quality reports, coverage/test reports) Familiarity with Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana Demonstrated success working in cross‑functional engineering environments.
