What you bring:A Professional Engineering license in OH (other Midwest states a plus)Proficiency in one or more of the following: MicroStation (including OpenRoads), AutoCAD (including Civil 3D)10+ years (Senior Engineer), 15+ years (Principal Engineer) experienceIt would be a plus if you have any of the following:5+ years managing projects and/or design work, developing construction documents and/or public agency construction administrationStrong civil engineering background with experience in roadway, drainage, geometric design, 3D modeling, and accessible public spacesProven track record delivering large/complex projects on time and within budgetExperience preparing transportation and local agency permit documentsSkill leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating utilities, ROW, lighting, signals, and landscape/hardscape layoutsInterest in multimodal and active transportation designExperience in business development, including networking at public, agency, and industry events (e.g., ACEC, ITE, ASHE, ASCE)Join Us.
