Attorneys may be asked to concentrate in one or more specific areas, with opportunities for cross-practice experience on various projects, including, but not limited to, Agriculture, Banking and Securities, Contracts, Insurance and Regulatory, Corporate Governance, E-Commerce, E-Discovery, Employment and Employee Benefits, Intellectual Property, Litigation, Real Estate and Mortgages, Tax and Transactional. Counsels and advises the Illinois Farm Bureau (IFB) and its affiliated companies on all matters of legal concern, including but not limited to corporate governance, general corporate matters, regulation and compliance, commercial transactions, employment, and litigation.
