This position acts as the link between business collaborators, WpS teams, vendors, and Global IT Enterprise technology teams to ensure that solutions effectively aid space management, workforce planning, visitor management, maintenance operations, global printing services, and WpS service delivery. This role involves leading digital transformation efforts by showcasing Artificial Intelligence, automation, analytics, and new workplace technologies to improve employee experience, operational efficiency, sustainability, and data-informed decision-making throughout the global organization.
