Key Responsibilities<ul><li> Lead ABA services to enhance clients' cognitive, social, and self-help skills</li><li> Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans</li><li> Supervise and mentor RBTs and junior BCBAs</li><li> Ensure compliance with BACB standards and insurance requirements</li><li> Collaborate with caregivers and service providers to ensure holistic care</li><li> Support staff development through feedback and training</li><li> Assist in clinic oversight and program development</li></ul> Position Qualifications<div style="margin-left:18pt"><ul><li> Willingness to collaborate, lead, and adapt in a dynamic work environment</li></ul></div><ul><li> Minimum of 3 years (Preferred 5 years) of experience working as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent required</li><li> Must maintain Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing</li><li> Current certification or eligibility to hold LBA certification</li><li> Supervisor status under the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)</li><li> Experience managing caseloads and overseeing RBTs and junior BCBAs</li><li> Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li> Passion for helping children achieve their full potential in diverse environments</li></ul></div>
