Essential Functions: Operations Management Supervises daily operations in the clinic by employing clinical and managerial skills to care for patients while also providing guidance and leadership to other nurses, medical assistants, health educators, and other care team staff who are working with patients including but not limited to preparing daily staffing assignments, mentoring staff, evaluating performance, facilitating patient flow, and problem solving daily staffing and patient care issues. Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary staff, medical assistants, patient access specialists, health educators, care navigators, social workers, Nursing Managers, providers, and, executive leadership to provide care to patients with respect to their uniqueness using informed judgment, competence, individual qualifications, and collaboration with the hea Ability to demonstrate an understanding of assessment findings as they relate to the disease process and optimal health attainment across the continuum of care.
