Primary Responsibilities of AGM: Assist GM/Chef with management of operations for the restaurant, including wine program, wine list, bar operations (menus, trainings, organization), inventory, purchasing, restaurant & staff cleanliness, staff performance management/training/retention, staff schedule management, menu development, restaurant organization, guest interaction, purveyor relations, etc. AGM receives an annual base salary - estimated range of $70,000 to $80,000 per year (depending on experience) - plus is eligible to participate in the Management Bonus program, with combined quarterly bonuses and annual bonus estimated in the range of $9,000 - $15,000 (depending on restaurant / individual performance).
