This role runs the business end to end: revenue growth, gross margin, labor, cost of goods sold (COGS), overhead, production scheduling, and performance management across Project Managers, Construction Managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and field crews. Leadership & Growth Drive performance management by setting KPIs for Project Managers, Construction Managers, and crews, conducting regular reviews, and holding teams accountable to financial, production, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
