This includes: completing /monitoring NDNQI audits in collaboration with CNIIs, completing /monitoring Nursing Tracer and Environmental Tracer unit audits, utilizing the performance improvement model (Plan-Do-Study-Act) to improve patient outcomes, developing quality management and performance improvement activities, and addressing areas of weakness and developing plans for improvement. Assists with driving the Magnet Model components of transformational leadership, structural empowerment, exemplary professional practice, new knowledge and innovations, and works to support projects addressing empirical outcomes.
