The ideal candidate has scaled complex, high-volume, regulated operations and knows how to use data, process design, automation, product, and engineering partnership to create step-change improvements in throughput, quality, reliability, and unit economics. This person will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for building the systems, teams, metrics, and operating cadence that allow Verse to deliver high-quality, compliant, scalable operations across the business.
