Provides services through the Mobile Health Unit in community-based settings including shelters, schools, community centers, outreach locations, employer sites and other designated locations throughout Maricopa County. Job Specific Requirement - Minimum two years of nursing experience in primary care, behavioral health, community health, urgent care, emergency medicine, hospital nursing, integrated care, or mobile health preferred.
