Consistent with the Nurse Clinician role and nursing realignment model, the Nurse Clinician works in partnership with Staff Nurses, providers, and multidisciplinary team members while maintaining disease- and population-specific responsibilities based on patient needs, provider workflows, volume, and program requirements. Coordinates AYA-specific supportive care needs, including fertility preservation/oncofertility, sexual health, psychosocial support, financial and practical concerns, survivorship and transition needs, and other individualized resources.
