We are seeking an experienced SDE III to serve as the technical leader for the MOSAIC Data Platform - a suite of six production services that power scalable, compliant data ingestion, storage, transformation, and discoverability for AWS AI services including Lex, Rekognition, Textract, Transcribe, Translate, Comprehend, Kendra, and others. This is a high-impact role that requires both deep technical expertise in distributed systems at scale and the ability to lead through ambiguity - translating complex organizational needs into multi-year roadmaps and driving alignment with senior leadership.
