This includes supporting registration, travel logistics, participant expense reimbursement, speaker preparation and management, badge production, data collection and reporting, virtual meeting set-up and support, and other event related tasks; Coordinate projects, distribute information, maintain an organizational system of tracking, monitoring and prioritizing tasks and projects; follow up on details in writing, on the telephone, virtually using a variety of tools, or in-person; and communicate project status to policy issue team management; Manage database contacts and groups to ensure information is accurate and up to date; Support all phases of document preparation, including proofreading; Collect information and compile newsletter content with input from other policy staff; Work with policy staff s to assist in developing reports, materials for site visits, and provide other research assistance support as needed; Manage the expense reimbursement process for state staff and others participating in NGA meetings; Assist with grant reporting requirements by compiling information from policy staff and working with the finance team to obtain pertinent budget materials; Maintain SharePoint file share system, organizational databases, spreadsheets, and other administrative and collaborative tools; Monitor mail and email requests, answer questions and inquiries from policy staff, and route questions to program team members) when appropriate; Demonstrate a commitment to NGA’s mission and goals to constructively serve the needs of all Governors; and.
