Under the Program Manager’s guidance, the TOPM oversees task order execution, coordinates with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives, and ensures that technical solutions and schedules are implemented on time. Demonstrated ability to direct, plan, and coordinate multiple projects or tasks, including resource estimation, project planning, cost accounting, scheduling, risk assessment, critical path method, contract reporting, and problem resolution.
