The Systems & Network Administrator will support servers, Microsoft Windows environments, LAN/WAN networks, fiber connectivity, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, cloud services, email, network equipment, cybersecurity controls, endpoint devices, business applications, and related technology infrastructure. The right person should be equally comfortable troubleshooting a LAN/WAN connectivity issue, administering Active Directory and Microsoft 365, diagnosing a Windows system problem, supporting fiber-connected infrastructure, responding to a security concern, assisting an Autodesk user, or restoring a critical technology service.
