Requirements Active CNA License (Must be current and in good standing) Valid Driver’s License (Reliable transportation is required) Current TB Test Result Knowledgeable Experience in the CNA Field Professional Caregiving Experience (Must have worked with clients beyond family members) Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to quality care Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, assisted living, or nursing facilities CPR/First Aid Certification (Required) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks related to caregiving.
