3 | MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Assist with hygiene, dressing, toileting, and other daily care needs · Support feeding routines, including oral and tube feeding as trained · Record and report vital signs and changes in condition to nursing staff · Provide mobility and transfer assistance (e.g., wheelchair, lifts) · Maintain a clean and safe care environment · Document care activities per center protocols · Support developmental activities and therapeutic play · Participate in training and demonstrate competency before delivering care · Follow center policies for infection control, safety, and emergency procedures · Communicate respectfully with families and staff · May assist with transportation or van support as needed · Assists with weekend marketing events as requested and approved · Performs other duties as required . 4 | ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS · Reports to: Director of Nursing or Center Administrator · Works under the supervision of an RN or LVN · Collaborates with IDT therapy, nursing, and administrative staff · Interacts professionally with children, families, and transportation personnel .
