Perform in-process inspections using precision tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.) to verify tight tolerances • Load and off-load inserts, gage dimensions, scope visual characteristics, and record inspection results on route carts. The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining multiple CNC 3- and 4-axis periphery grinding machines to produce high-quality inserts that meet exact blueprint specifications.
