We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling Supervisor / Programmer to join our team and take charge of overseeing our dedicated team across 3 shifts. </p><p>Key Responsibilities: </p><ul><li>Lead and inspire a team of 18 employees to excel in their roles, ensuring optimal performance and meeting tight schedules. </li><li>Conduct thorough employee reviews and address concerns with empathy and professionalism. </li><li>Collaborate seamlessly with all departments to align efforts and achieve company objectives. </li><li>Demonstrate proficiency in the safe operation of various machine tools. </li><li>Diagnose machine malfunctions through keen observation and active listening, making necessary adjustments or repairs. </li><li>Efficiently perform basic setups with minimal supervision, showcasing your technical expertise. </li><li>Accurately calculate and set machine controls to regulate machining operations. </li><li>Conduct first part inspections and in-process inspections to maintain quality standards. </li><li>Ensure completeness and accuracy of all documentation. </li><li>Identify root causes of quality problems and implement corrective actions. </li><li>Maintain a clean and orderly work area, contributing to the overall equipment upkeep. </li><li>Utilize your expertise in reading and interpreting Customer prints, incorporating basic GD&T principles (ASME Y14.5-2018 or equivalent). </li><li>Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of G and M codes. </li><li>Showcase efficiency and speed in both mill and lathe setups, confidently handling any job with precision. </li></ul><p>If you are ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic environment that values precision and teamwork, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
